Your Indiana Privacy Rights
The Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act, IC 24-15, took effect January 1, 2026 and provides qualifying consumers rights involving covered businesses, subject to its thresholds and exemptions. A request to us generally reaches only contact messages and ordinary logs because we keep little visitor information. Use the Contact page to ask for access, correction, or deletion where applicable. The Act does not erase public records held by Indiana state agencies or political subdivisions. A public-record correction or confidentiality request must go to the Hamilton County or Indiana custodian responsible for that record.
